Getting healthy is hard

I am currently weighing at 90kg. My ideal weight is probably at 75kg. The hardest part of the challenge is keeping myself motivated enough to reach my goal.

My first target will be losing 5kg for the next 30days to 60days. I will be exercising more regularly. Hopefully by setting a low bar, I will be able to make it this time. I will be actively recording my progress.
