Journaling helps
There are many benefits of journaling. It helps you organise your thoughts and ideas. To be honest, I did not think that journaling would be beneficial to me at first. My brain is often clouded with thoughts and ideas. That is why I started this website to ease my cognitive load. My thinking has become clearer since then.

You can use different mediums for your journals. Some people like to use pen and paper while others enjoy the flexibility and convenience of technology such as handwriting on tablet or just typing out. Choose whatever that encourages you to write.
